The Trick In Trickle Down
Herein lies the problem with trusting tax cuts and deregulation to positively impact American economics.
Supply side economics assumes a closed system. The money freed up by these devices is expected to be reinvested in the US. That won’t happen. Instead, multinational companies are reinvesting that money in other countries where profit margins are higher. National companies are investing in the stocks of multinational companies anticipating their growth in profits to be a better return on their money.
If we want to decrease our national debt, we must stop borrowing money for tax cuts that largely favor the rich and the rich corporations that continue to invest this money overseas.
Ignorance isn’t bliss, it’s expensive.
Public Servants
When you start accepting their actions instead of demanding that they remember who they ultimately work for, that is when we lose our humanity. These are public servants, not public masters. When we speak with one voice, they will, even if grudgingly, listen.

If I have to demonize a person or a group of people in order to get my way, what should that tell you about my argument?
Propaganda, and Politics
There are long term consequences that come of using propaganda and lies for short term political gain. We need to divest ourselves of these narrow minded short sighted politician. There is a part of our population that can’t see through them, and that makes them dangerous.
Addiction
It was never about the left or the right. It was never about Democrats or Republicans. It has always been about special interests exploiting these peoples addiction to greed and power. You have to wake up to the fact that as long as you keep electing the addicted ones, they will continue to betray you. Learn to leave money out of the selection process.
Going Forward
Following the corporate agenda to satisfy the politicians need for election funding only works until that agenda begins waking up voters, by eroding the economy and polluting the environment. Any long term solution to incentivizing politicians to represent people before party or power will require a separation of corporation and state.
Asleep
Welcome, to the beginning of the end. I should start by helping you to remember when we were great. When our arrogance was just. Once we were champion of all that was good in a person, a people, a nation. We rose from our slumber and freed the world from evil. We sleep again, and evil rises. this time not around us, but among us. Our arrogance is no longer just, it is just arrogance, and we die the death of a thousand cuts while we sleep on, dreaming of ourselves adorned in finery.
Guns
There is an amendment to the Constitution and over three million guns in this country that will need to be a part of any gun control laws. Attacking the NRA is nothing more than a divide and conquer technique, and should be treated as such. Remember that any law that is passed should not create more criminals from law abiding citizens. When you have written and passed enough laws that even the hardest headed can admit that you cannot legislate sanity, then, and apparently only then, can we begin rational conversations about the things we need to change about ourselves, to stop us from killing each other.
Truth
It’s not enough to call someone a liar. You need to provide proof, providing proof will require research. Research will yield truth, and the truth may not sit well with the propaganda you’ve accepted as gospel.
